In the event we are instructed to install new fire extinguishers and other fire safety related equipment we always work closely with our clients throughout the whole process to ensure that all equipment positions are agreed prior to any installation.
Once all the fire safety equipment is installed we can if required arrange for a fire risk assessment to be carried out then provide the relevant fire warden training and fire extinguisher training.
When your fire extinguishers are 12 months old we can carry out your fire extinguisher servicing which is a requirement under BS5306-3. To save any worry all of our fire extinguishers have a five year manufacturers warranty which gives you peace of mind that we will replace any defect completely free of charge if it is a manufacturing issue. Although this is rare it can happen and we honour the warranty at all times providing we service all the equipment.
Unlike some other fire safety companies we will not ask you to sign any agreements or contracts prior to carrying out a fire extinguisher site survey.
